AI for Digital Marketing
Program Description
Most marketing teams use AI in the narrowest way possible: drafting a post, or rewording a sentence. That surface-level use hides where the real value sits — reading audience behaviour, building a coherent strategy, generating enough ad variants for a test that actually means something, and lifting conversion with decisions grounded in data instead of instinct.
This programme is hands-on from end to end. Every module closes with something concrete you built yourself, and the course finishes with a complete campaign ready to launch, plus the dashboard to measure it.
Programme modules
- Mapping AI across marketing — where AI adds real value, where it wastes your time, and a practical test for choosing a tool before you pay for it.
- Prompt engineering for marketers — from a vague request to publish-ready output: prompt structure, context, acceptance criteria, and review.
- Market research and competitor analysis — extracting market position, competitor placement, and messaging gaps from public sources.
- Personas and the customer journey — personas built on real data rather than guesswork, mapped onto the stages of the buying journey.
- Content strategy and the editorial calendar — from content pillars to a monthly calendar a small team can actually deliver.
- Visual content and short-form video — professional marketing images and clips with no design or editing background required.
- Paid advertising — writing ad copy, generating enough variants for a valid test, and designing A/B tests whose results you can trust.
- Automating customer service and replies — an automated reply path on social platforms that holds the brand’s tone and knows when to hand off to a human.
- Analytics and performance measurement — reading campaign data, building a short weekly report, and deciding whether to stop or scale.
- Capstone project — a complete campaign from plan to measurement dashboard, presented and critiqued in the final session.
